Galileo Observatory on Top of Sphere Las Vegas: The Future of UFO Discovery Begins Here

Las Vegas has always looked toward the skies — from dazzling neon lights to dreams of the extraordinary. But now, the city that thrives on the spectacular is shooting for the stars… literally. Perched atop the world-famous Sphere, the new Galileo Observatory is redefining how we look at the universe above us.

🚀 A Scientific Freckle on a Giant Orb

Over 2025, Loeb’s Galileo Project team — including researchers Ezra Kelderman, Alex Delacroix, Lily Kuan and Eric Masson — installed infrared and visible-light camera arrays at the highest point of the Sphere’s exosphere. From above, it’s just a tiny speck. From below, it’s a game-changer.

The goal? Capture high-precision data on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs) — objects in the sky that defy conventional human aerospace technology.

To enhance tracking reliability, two identical observatories were also placed 10 kilometers away, forming a triangulation network capable of measuring distance, velocity, and acceleration of mysterious objects soaring over Las Vegas.

As Loeb jokingly told his team while climbing the towering structure:
“If you can make it to the top of Sphere, you’ll make it anywhere.”

🛸 What Happens Over Vegas… Won’t Stay in Vegas

Using powerful machine-learning systems, the Galileo Observatory expects to analyze millions of aerial objects each year — separating drones and planes from something… different.

Loeb announced the project publicly on The Joe Rogan Experience on October 24, 2025 — signaling a new era where searching for extraterrestrial technology moves from speculation to science.

🌌 Why It Matters

The Galileo Project isn’t looking for stories — it’s looking for evidence. Its mission complements SETI by searching not for signals, but for physical artifacts of extraterrestrial tech.

In the entertainment capital of the world, a symbol of human creativity now doubles as a sentinel watching the universe. The next groundbreaking discovery about life beyond Earth might just begin above Las Vegas — on top of Sphere.

Because now…
The sky over Vegas is under scientific surveillance. 👽✨
