Zoox Autonomous Ride-Hail at Sphere Las Vegas

Sphere Entertainment Co. (NYSE: SPHR) and Zoox, the pioneering autonomous ride-hailing company, have announced a multi-year strategic partnership that positions Zoox as the Official Autonomous Ride-Hail Partner of Sphere. Beginning early next year, guests visiting the groundbreaking Las Vegas venue will be able to arrive and depart in Zoox’s purpose-built robotaxis, marking a new chapter in the evolution of transportation and live entertainment experiences.

As part of the partnership, Sphere will establish a dedicated autonomous vehicle pick-up and drop-off zone, allowing visitors to request fully self-driving rides seamlessly through the Zoox mobile app. This marks another milestone for Zoox, which recently became the first company to launch a commercial fully autonomous ride-hail service using a purpose-built robotaxi in Las Vegas.

“Sphere is built on innovation, and so are our partners,” said Marcus Ellington, Executive Vice President, Ad Sales and Sponsorships at Sphere. “Zoox is transforming the way the world moves, and together we’re reimagining the journey to and from Sphere.”

“Sphere has quickly become an iconic destination and landmark in Las Vegas, drawing millions of visitors annually with its next-level fusion of art and technology,” says Michael White, Chief Product Officer, Zoox. “With this partnership, riders aren’t just being transported between locations; they’re stepping from the future of transportation into the future of entertainment.”

Enhanced Guest Experience and Brand Presence

The partnership includes broad brand integration across Sphere platforms — from signage directing guests to the robotaxi pickup zone to custom immersive content featured on the Exosphere, the world’s largest LED display, created in collaboration with Sphere Studios. This will help Zoox riders locate their robotaxi quickly and add a futuristic arrival/departure moment to the overall Sphere experience.
